The goal of an obese person should shed fat by following a proper regime. The fat reduction regime has nutritional fat loss diet and exercise as a package. Miracles cannot happen in a daytime. Let us throw some light on the way we live today. There is a lot of pollution outside and always air condition inside. Contamination is very common in every place. In olden days, food was prepared and consumed inside the house or an enclosed area. It was very normal to consume homemade food. Now a day, it is a very rare scene for people working outside. This is the case, especially with information technology related offices.

In a few schools, fruits are distributed in place of chocolates. This is a very good sign because children more by following than teaching. Not only schools, but parents also should consider this seriously and tell their children to avoid junk stuff. They should also lead by example by not eating or bringing food from outside.

This leads to a lot of stress. Stress leads to frustration. Frustration leads to problems like gaining mass. This is one of the main reasons that cause many other diseases.

Diabetes and hypertension are very common and seen even among youngsters. Also, having food with friends at the office and late night parties lead to deposition of fat in the body. Especially, heavy dinner at nights is the culprit of obesity. This is because there is not much activity in the night after food.

Foxtail millet, finger millet, and little millet are few varieties. They grow without rain also. They do not need any pesticides or insecticides as pests do not generally may not feed on them. Also, they grow in large numbers without fertilizers. Above all, these are rich in fiber.

On top of this, they used artificial colors, additives, and preservatives which are detrimental to the health of human beings. Maximum profitability with minimum resources is their business formula. So, it is better to avoid foods sold outside. Especially, the ones with preservatives are strict NO if you really want to stay fit. A healthy diet, being the primary thing and exercise accompanying it is the only and long lasting way to reduce obesity without side effects.

Any pills or belts will not reduce weight. It is only a fake advertising. Just by taking advantage of the want of people looking for weight loss with less effort, they create false hype. Hence, one must be careful in reducing mass without baseless promises.
