Go for fresh vegetables. But if you cannot find fresh veggies, frozen ones would do fine. And you can scrape them off and store inside the refrigerator. So they will be ready to eat. When you want to cook them, and reheat them whenever you want to. It will still works. Just make sure they are stock fresh so they could last for many days.

You should see if you have gain weight or not. By wearing tight fitting jeans. Or tight clothes. Best way to check your size. Or get a weighing and scale and see. So you could stop eating more and follow the strict dietary guide provided.

Regular exercise. Make sure you spend time to the gym. Or joining fun run in the neighborhood would be great. You can do anything you like. The purpose of exercise is to lost the excess fats that are found in the body. The more you sweat, the better. But minimize your calorie intake.
